The whole family is invited to a Comedy Concert at Kernan Blvd. Baptist Church on Friday, January 20 at 7:00 pm. They are sponsoring a free night of comedy put on by David Dean. They will be collecting a love offering that night. David is a clean Christian comedian. Check out his website www.davidpdean.com. If anyone needs a ride meet at the church at 5:30 pm.
Community Connections is a safe place for homeless women and children to get back on their feet. On Saturday, January 21st Jeana LaRock’s Sunday School class is going to decorate a room with essentials like dishes, bedding, and food staples to help their adopted family. A Men’s Game Night will be held on Thursday January 26 at 7:00pm. The focus of this evenings games will be Texas Hold’em Poker. Don’t worry, you can leave your wallets at home….. we will be using play money fellas. We will be upstairs in the youth room again and a pizza dinner will be provided.
